The Mission of BLC is to
Invite people into the reign of God,
Encourage them to grow in the Body of Christ, and
Equip them to be sent into the world
in the power of the Holy Spirit.

TO INVITE PEOPLE INTO THE REIGN OF GOD is our starting point where …
There is no coercion of manipulation but a simple, friendly and sincere invitation. And our focus is not on programmes, activities, or even personalities. We want to focus on unchurched people whether they are non-Christians, seekers, or lost Christians waiting to be found!

The call is to enter into the kingdom of God an unseen reality nonetheless real and challenging. Its to get connected with God, make a U-turn from all thats holding us back from Gods best, and follow Christ our new friend, Savior and Lord

ENCOURAGE THEM TO GROW IN THE BODY OF CHRIST means …
We want to encourage these new pilgrims on their new journey with God and a new family we call the Body of Christ. Pilgrims will learn to enjoy Gods intimate presence, understand themselves in a new light and fellowship with others who are on the same journey. And the natural result is health, growth and fulfillment.

AND EQUIP THEM TO BE SENT INTO THE WORLD helps us focus ..
All this plus a new vision and mission for life that requires new tools to help them go back into the world a sent people living the life of Jesus, sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ and making a difference one day at a time, one life at a time.

IN THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT reminds us …
in all that we do we want to do it depending on the Holy Spirit and not ourselves. Ultimately, all glory belongs to God our King!

Vision

We want to see BLC becoming a Missional Church where a community of Christ-Followers who are integrated in network of smaller missional communities, will be equipped and empowered by the Spirit to live the Christian Faith, share the Good news of God’s Grace and demonstrate God’s unconditional love, captured by the vision to serve as a catalyst for spiritual and social change in our personal spheres of influence, Bangsar, and beyond.
